Hyatt Park Aviara Resort
The focal point of southwest Carlsbad real estate would have to be the planned resort community of Aviara. Home of the Aviara Park Hyatt Resort and Golf Course, Aviara is also home to 21 subdivisions and neighborhoods. Development in Aviara started in the early 1990′s and is now has over 2000 households.
