Carlsbad Schools here are excellent and there is also the private Pacific Ridge School.

offers 8 neighborhoods–ranging from compact condos to the predominant single family homes that range in size from 2100 to 6200 square feet in Magnolia Estates Village. Bordered by El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road, Bressi Ranch is close to beaches, the Carlsbad Airport, shopping, restaurants, schools, colleges and only 30 minutes or so to downtown San Diego.
The Mulberry Condos at Bressi Ranch are an income-restricted neighborhood next to Bressi Square and the Bressi Ranch Village Center. Comprised of 100 townhomes, these properties range in size from 863 to 1121 square feet and currently has a waiting list for occupancy and purchase.
