Encinitas Ranch is an affluent planned community adjacent to the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course and within minutes of nearby beaches, upscale shopping, dining and the Encinitas train station.

There are over 500 homes in the Encniitas Ranch Community Association, divided among the following neighborhoods: Quail Ridge, 37 Ranch Road, Devonshire, Quail Hollow, Hilltop, The Links, Concordia and Braemar.
