This Encinitas neighborhood is especially a great place to move to if you have kids. The neighborhood is filled with kids of all ages. There are slower speed limits which allow for outdoor play and driveway basketball games. There are community pools and the Parkdale Elementary School is just minutes away --with an easy walking distance for some.

Homes in Village Park, while more expensive than many in other parts of the country, are still more affordable than many other parts of Encinitas due to it being on the eastern side. But Village Park is still an Encinitas address with nearby beaches just 15 minutes away.
