We manage several vacation rentals at La Costa Chateaus and return visitors make up a substantial portion of our San Diego Previews property management business. Clients love having a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, patios, living rooms as well as the ability to stroll the grounds and shops at La Costa and participate in some paid activities at the Resort. Additionally, they are only a couple of miles to the beach, Legoland, upscale shopping, restaurants and other activities. All of San Diego, its airport and its recreational offerings are an easy drive away.

Vacation rental rates at the La Costa Chateaus condos vary with owner, but generally range from $150 to $160 per night off-season (mid-September to June) and $175 to $225 per night in season plus cleaning fees. Prices vacation rentals are generally far less than for hotel rooms and do not have parking or resort fees. Instead, there is generally a single cleaning fee and visitors are welcome to bring and shop for their own food.
