One very good reason to start your La Costa home search here is that we don’t list the most expensive homes in La Costa first, hoping to snag luxury buyers. We provide the most recently listed homes first, because in a competitive real estate market you want to know about the newest listings first.
We recently went through a total remodel on LaCostaOnline and specifically demanded that we show newest listings first and update the information continuously. And unlike Zillow and Trulia, we show ALL homes listed in the San Diego MLS. Many brokers have opted out of these sites and their San Diego area listings will not show up there.
Of course, if you want to see the most expensive homes in La Costa first, or those that cost the least, you can toggle your search parameters in the upper right hand corner of the site. But our default setting will always be to show you the newest listings first.
