The Carina neighborhood comprised some of the original homes in the master-planned community of Aviara.
Completed in 1996, these 110 single level and two-story models range in size from 2087 to 2848 square feet. Several Carina homes offer spectacular ocean and lagoon views–and all are close to beaches, shopping, neighborhood schools, hiking trails, restaurants and theater. There is no community pool in Carina, though.
Carina is only a couple of blocks, though, from the Park Hyatt Aviara Hotel and Resort.
